Our service call fee is $100, for most appliances, in some situations like stack units or labor intensive high end brands our service call is $150. If you decide to go forward with the repair the service call is applied. 

Yes, we offer 24/7 emergency repair services for an additional fee.

IF you have an appliance made before 2020 it is likely worth repair! From our experience newer appliances are being designed with more bells and whistles, with more areas to potentially cause failure.  The more computers your appliance has the more likely one of those computers will fail. We love our simple work horse appliances! Things used to be manufactured to last, now planned obsolescence is the name of the game.

Appliance repairs can very greatly depending on brand, style, and model. A ball park range  on a common issue could be anywhere from $150-$300.  On certain high end models, or where an expensive part is needed repairs can be higher around $500-$1,500. In these circumstances the cost of repair is usually significantly less than replacing the appliance with a similar model and style, and the old ones usually last longer!

Our technicians carry many common parts stock, in alot of situations we are able to repair the appliance in one trip. However this depends on what the problem is and what part(s)  are needed. In some circumstance a part will need to be ordered, if that is the case usually we can have it in 1-3 business days. Sometimes parts can take longer to arrive but your technician will let you know to the best of their ability while going over the scope of repair with you.  

We offer warranty on repairs!  Depending on the manufacture we give 90 days to 1 year matching what the manufacturer gives on their parts. In rare situations your technician will explain we cannot warranty a repair, this information will be given before repairing the appliance. This is a rare occurrence and usually happens when a part is discontinued from the manufacture or there is so much damage the appliance it cannot be repaired properly, and the technician has advised it is better to replace but the client decides to move forward with a "band- aide" repair. We value your time and ours and we will always try to steer you in the best direction, even if that means we make less money.
